Thermofabric™ is opaque (you can't see through it easily) and is ideal for athletics, leisure, travel, office wear, and dress up. Thermofabric is thin and breathable; it promotes rapid evaporation of perspiration. Dryness keeps legs and feet cool in summer, warm in winter, and comfortable all the time. Dry feet also inhibit bacteria growth and consequently minimize foot odor. Perfect for cooler weather, they provide some warmth outdoors, but aren't too hot. These are softer than cotton, yet they're nylon and spandex, generously tailored for men, with an ample, wide top band that will keep these socks up comfortably all day long. With plenty of room to wiggle the toes, they have a wide ribbed pattern with a masculine, dressy look, yet they're thin and very fine quality. They're almost completely opaque at the ankles, and a bit sheer at the heel and calf, where they're stretched. So we're calling them semi-opaque.
